Our rehabilitation services are about getting life back on course. Patients are surrounded with support - friendly faces, helping hands and skilled therapists and a medical team who are committed to helping with every step of recovery. With an acute understanding of rehabilitative care and decades of experience providing compassionate post-surgical care, we look forward to working with patients and their physicians to provide a comfortable transition to this private environment, where our team can help guide their therapy.
Through our inpatient six day per week rehabilitation services, we provide for the special needs of patients requiring 24 hour skilled nursing care combined with physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Services include treatment for orthopedic patients who have undergone total joint replacements or orthopedic surgeries for reconstruction, as well as patients with other diagnosis such as neurological disorders, strokes, or dementia. Not only do our services target the long-term care patient, but also the patient requiring inpatient rehabilitation care on a short-term basis, to prepare for a return home.
Outpatient Rehabilitation Care
Through our outpatient rehabilitation services, we provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies for patients with a wide range of diagnosis and conditions. Our outpatient therapy program provides traditional therapy for recovery from diagnosis such as knee or hand surgery, lower back and neck pain, muscular deficiency, cognitive deficits, or swallowing disorders. Our aquatic therapy program has helped patients make great strides toward regaining their prior level of function and live at home safer and happier.
